Appointment Policy

Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment time. Although we aim to complete your entire session within the allotted time. Tardiness of more than 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. For detailed information on fees, please consult our cancellation policy.

Cancellation / No Show Policy

Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment or phone call will be processed without a penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $50.

Refund Policy

All treatments, procedures, and or prepaid packages are non-refundable. Credit from prepaid treatments, procedures, and or prepaid packages may be applied to other forms of treatment(s) or product(s) only at a managers discretion. No refunds, exchanges only. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unopened, and sealed in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging. Prescription medications are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. 

Children Policy

Here at HOUSE OF LORE, we love babies and children, however, we ask that you please make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients.

Pet Policy

Although we love animals, we ask that you please leave your pet at home during your visit at HOUSE OF LORE. Should you arrive to an appointment with a pet that is not a service animal, you will be asked to remove the animal from our facility. To avoind any disruption or inconvenience, we ask that you please leave your pet at home.
