The Story of House of Lore
House of Lore was founded by Katie Nichols, a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for redefining beauty and confidence through integrity, artistry, and education. After years of building successful lifestyle and retail brands, Katie turned her creative and business expertise toward a new vision: creating a med spa that feels less clinical and more personal, where each guest is genuinely cared for and guided toward their best self.

Partnering with Dr. Brandon “Kip” Hicks, a respected physician known for his precision, compassion, and medical expertise, Katie has built a team dedicated to providing safe, results-driven aesthetic and wellness treatments.

The name House of Lore represents a space where knowledge and beauty are shared, where stories, confidence, and transformation are passed down like timeless wisdom.

The ease of booking was great, the setting of the office was delightful in every way. The facial made you feel like heaven, you would question how it could get better, but then comes the hair treatment. Everything was great. My hair is soft incredibly soft, and the scent of the leave in hair mask is still vibrant. I immediately booked another appt for October, and I can’t wait. Don’t hesitate to book you a session!

A Head Spa treatment is my new favorite way to treat myself! The whole experience at Lore was incredible from start to finish. The waiting area was welcoming and the treatment room was incredibly clean and inviting. I loved that I was offered a heated blanket and the treatment was customized to my scalp and hair type. At the end, you have the option to blow dry your hair which makes it super easy to schedule an appointment mid day. Will definitely be back and treating my girlfriends to gift cards! A head spa day makes the perfect gift.
